What we collect — When you apply we collect the details you type (name, phone, email, passport number, academic history) and the names of files you choose to email us. Nothing you type is shared publicly.
Document files — This website never uploads or stores your document files. Documents travel from your own email account directly to our office inbox.
How we use data — Your details open a client file in our internal system so our team can process your visa or admission and you can track it in the client portal with your tracking ID and PIN.
Sharing — We share your information only with the parties needed to process your file: the relevant embassy or visa centre, EMGS, and the university you apply to. We never sell data.
Retention — Client files are kept as long as needed for service, accounting and legal requirements, then archived.
Your choices — You may ask us to correct or delete your information at any time by contacting the office, subject to records we must keep by law.
Security — Portal access requires your personal tracking ID and PIN. Keep them private; anyone with both can view your file status.
