1. Service scope — Scholar's Aid provides visa processing, air ticketing, hotel booking and student admission consultancy. We prepare and submit files; final decisions on visas and admissions rest solely with embassies, immigration authorities and universities.
2. Fees — Service fees shown on this website are per person and cover our processing service. Embassy fees, university fees, EMGS fees and airline fares are set by those bodies and may change without notice; your invoice reflects the fee current on the date of application.
3. Payments — No online payment is collected on this website. Payment is made after file confirmation by bank transfer, bKash/Nagad or cash at our office against your invoice.
4. Refunds — Our service fee is refundable only if we have not yet submitted your file. Government, embassy, EMGS and university fees are non-refundable once paid onward. Visa refusal by an embassy does not entitle a refund of embassy fees.
5. Documents — You are responsible for the authenticity of documents provided. Submission of false documents voids our service without refund and may be reported as required by law.
6. Timelines — Processing times shown are typical and not guaranteed; embassies and universities may delay files without stating reasons.
7. Communication — By applying you consent to being contacted by phone, WhatsApp and email regarding your file, and to your data being stored in our client management system.
8. Data files — Documents you email us are used only for your application and are not sold or shared, except with the relevant embassy, EMGS or university for processing.
9. Governing law — These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh; disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
